Authorised Company Representatives

Important:  An ‘Authorised Company Representative’ is one or more of the following: Beneficial Owner, Director, Responsible Party and/or Authorised Signatory.

  • The person signing this form (“Authorised Signatory”) must complete the Authorised Signatory Details section and also tick all applicable ‘Roles’.
  • If applicable, also complete one Company Representative section for each person who is a Beneficial Owner (but not the Authorised Signatory).
  • If applicable, also complete one Company Representative section for each person who is a Director (but not a Beneficial Owner and not the Authorised Signatory).
  • If your company has more than 4 representatives or has a complex structure, please upload a document with the details.

  • If individuals perform multiple roles, check the boxes.  Do not enter the same person twice.

When submitting your application for for payment services you will be asked to submit details of the authorised signatory and any Beneficial Owners or Directors.

You do not need to insert the same person twice.  If one person holds multiple roles, simply check the boxes.

Authorised Signatory

The person who has been authorised by the business to sign this application form.  This may be an individual or a legal representative (e.g. lawyer).

Beneficial Owners

A person who directly or indirectly hold 25% or more of the shares/voting rights (“Interest / control”) of the company.  In the case of a complex structure, please provide details of any individual holding, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of the Interest.

In the case of business license or individual activity certificate this is the same person as the authorised signatory.

Directors

If the business has one or more appointed Directors, please provide their details up to a maximum of two Directors.
