The “Extract of Data on Participants of a Legal Entity” (DUOMENŲ APIE JURIDINIO ASMENS DALYVIUS IŠRAŠAS) is a document that provides information about the participants of a legal entity, such as shareholders, members, founders, or other interested parties.
This extract can be obtained from the Centre of Registers and is typically required for:
- Legal compliance checks (e.g., KYC, AML processes).
- Participation in public procurement or tenders.
- Business documentation for banks or other institutions.
This document is required as part of the onboarding to KasaPay and our partner acquirers. You can read more about AML & KYC requirements here. This document must be less than 3 months old. To obtain the document you must order and purchase it from Registru Centras for about €2 by following these steps.
Ordering or downloading the list of shareholders report
- Go to the official website of Registrų Centras and log in to the self-service.
- Click ‘Juridinių asmenų registras‘ (blue icon in the top navigation).
- If you already have one less than 3 months old, find it in the menu Dalyvių sąrašų peržiūra and download it.
- If not, you will need to order a new one by clicking Dalyvių išrašų ir sąrašų užsakymas.
- Select Duomenų apie juridinio asmens dalyvius išrašas from the drop down field.
- Checkout and pay the small fee. The document will take 1-3 days to be produced.
- You will find the document in the Dalyvių sąrašų peržiūra menu.
