The “Juridinių asmenų registro elektroninis sertifikuotas išrašas” is an electronically certified extract from the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities (Juridinių asmenų registras).

This document is required as part of the onboarding to KasaPay and our partner acquirers. You can read more about AML & KYC requirements here.  This document must be less than 3 months old. To obtain the document you must order and purchase it from Registru Centras for less than €2 by following these steps.

This document provides official company details, including:

✔ Company name
✔ Registration code
✔ Legal status (active, dissolved, etc.)
✔ Registered address
✔ Founders, shareholders, and UBOs (if applicable)
✔ Directors and authorized representatives
✔ Company activity (NACE codes)
✔ Registration date
✔ Capital information

Ordering the extract

1. Go to the official website of Registrų Centras and log in to the self-service.
2. Click ‘Juridinių asmenų registras‘ (blue icon in the top navigation).
3. Click ‘ELEKTRONINIO SERTIFIKUOTO IŠRAŠO IŠDAVIMAS’ in the left menu.
4. The ESI ordering page will appear. Click the shopping basket at the bottom of the page as shown in this image.
5. Checkout and pay the small fee. The document will take 1-3 days to be produced.

Downloading the extract

1. When it is ready, you will receive an email with the subject ‘Informuojame apie parengtą ESI‘.
2. Open the email and copy the Prieigos raktas to your clipboard.
3. Click the link http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/esi/perziura.php
4. Enter the Prieigos raktas into the field provided.
5. Enter the control numbers into the second field and click Ieškoti.
6. Your document will download immediately as a PDF file.
